Jackie's Profile |
Jacquelyne Gorton is a fertility law attorney specializing in ovum donorship services. Jackie has 15 years of experience as a nurse therapist working with couples, families and children.
She is a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine and a
member and volunteer in the area of advocacy for Resolve,
a national organization for infertile individuals and the professionals who assist them.
For more than eleven years, Jackie has represented the interests of ovum donors, surrogate mothers, birth parents and intended parents through contracts that describe the immediate process and future relationships between involved parties. |

She uses California's Alternative Reproduction Act (SB1160) as a guideline in her agreements with surrogate mothers and ovum donors.
Jacquelyne received her law degree from Golden Gate University School of Law and is licensed by the California State Bar. She acquired her Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of California, San Francisco where she is a member of Sigma Theta Tau, the International Nursing Honor Society.
Jacquelyne has also completed the additional training and clinical practice necessary to be certified by the American Nurses Association as a Psychiatric Clinical Nurse Specialist.

Julia Gorton, Program Coordinator, graduated from Sonoma State University with a BA in Art History and is currently pursuing her Masters of Business Administration at Sonoma State University. Julia has been working in customer service since 2000. Julia is not only thoroughly experienced in all aspects of egg donation and surrogate parenting, but she is also adept in the business management aspects of these programs. With her expertise, Julia sensitively guides intended parents, egg donors and surrogate carriers through the intricacies of third party reproduction coordination. She is highly enthusiastic and strives to help others experience the miracle of creating a child. |
